A form guide is a set of opinions, and the same goes for most tips. This section treats strategy as arithmetic and nothing more.

Guides and systems sit alongside calculators, multi bets, predictions and score betting; decimal odds (2.10) are the usual way prices are written. Neither a race nor a match is named, and no tip is a banker.

Lawful arbitrage would need several bookmakers, but one only is lawful in New Zealand, and spread betting has no lawful form. Virtual sports, meaning bets on a computer-simulated sporting event, are defined as online casino gambling, outside TAB betting.
